Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days upon receipt of the product. After which, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a returns and exchanges, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellations are granted within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24 hour period, the purchase will have gone into production and can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 24-48 of receipt.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are not defective or damaged. Please not, if you require an exchange, the exchanged item will take the same shipping time as the original item, as it will be shipped from the closest fulfillment center to your location.
Gifts
If the item was a gift (no receipt is available) when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card will be sent to you by email.
Shipping returns

Shipping instructions will be sent to you via email. I respond to all emails within 24 hours.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
